Retreat Itinerary
Friday, July 25: Welcome & Arrival
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM:
Arrival and Check-In
Welcome and settle into your accommodations. Light snacks and drinks will be available. Take your time to relax and explore the retreat space.
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM:
Opening Circle & Intention Setting with Josephine & Aimee
Gather in a circle to introduce ourselves and set personal intentions for the weekend. This will be a time to connect with fellow participants, reflect on your journey, and align your energy with the retreat's purpose.
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM:
Dinner
A wholesome, nourishing dinner served in a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere.
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM:
Sound Bath with Dayna
Experience a Sound Bath (1 hour), led by a local healer, using crystal bowls and other instruments to help you relax, release stress, and enter a state of deep meditation.
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM:
Return to Rooms for Rest & Relaxation
After the sound bath, guests will return to their rooms to rest and unwind. This is a peaceful time to reflect on the experience, journal, or simply enjoy some quiet time before heading into the next day.
Saturday, July 26: Rest, Renew & Lake Day
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM:
Morning Meditation & Gentle Movement with Josephine
Start the day with a grounding meditation, followed by gentle yoga or movement to awaken your body and prepare you for the day ahead. No prior yoga experience is needed—this session is designed to be accessible for all levels and focuses on relaxation and body awareness.
9:00 AM - 9:45 AM:
Breakfast
After the yoga session, enjoy a delicious and nourishing breakfast to fuel your body and continue the day with energy.
9:45 AM - 11:00 AM:
Workshop: "Navigating the Emotional Landscape of Individuals Who Serve People"
Led by local Path Forward Counseling Therapist - Charles Cote, this workshop provides practical tools to help caregivers and service providers manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and find emotional resilience. Expect insightful discussions, personal reflection, and strategies to navigate the emotional challenges of caregiving.
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM:
Free Time / Optional Activities
Enjoy some downtime to reflect on the workshop, take a walk on the property, or engage in journaling or self-care. This is also the perfect time to prepare your bag for the lake trip. Make sure you have everything you'll need for a fun and relaxing afternoon on the water, including sunscreen, a hat, comfortable shoes, and any personal items you may need.
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM:
Depart for Canandaigua Lake
Gather and board the retreat transport for a scenic drive to Canandaigua Lake (approximately 30 minutes).
12:30 PM - 3:30 PM:
Pontoon Boat Ride & Lunch on Canandaigua Lake
Enjoy a scenic pontoon boat ride on Canandaigua Lake with a beautiful lunch served directly on the boat. Take in the natural surroundings, unwind, and connect with others while experiencing the serenity of the water.
3:30 PM - 4:00 PM:
Return to KaneBridge Estates
Head back to KaneBridge Estates for a relaxing return journey.
4:30 PM - 6:00 PM:
Expressive Art Session with Guest Artist
Join a local guest artist who will lead the group in a creative expressive art session. Through painting, drawing, or other art forms, you’ll be guided to explore and express your emotions and experiences from the weekend in a fun and non-judgmental environment. This session will be an opportunity to tap into your creative side, find catharsis, and connect with others through the power of art.
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM:
Dinner
Enjoy a delicious dinner with your fellow retreat participants in a relaxed and intimate setting.
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM:
Evening Relaxation / Fireside Chat
After dinner, unwind with a quiet evening of relaxation. Optional activities may include fireside chats, stargazing, or just peaceful conversation.
Sunday, July 27: Integration & Closing
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM:
Guided Nature Walk on Local Trail
Begin the final day with a guided nature walk on one of our beautiful local trails. Experience the peace and grounding energy of nature as you walk through the forest or along a scenic path. This time will provide a chance for reflection and connection with the natural world, while also allowing space for quiet contemplation.
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM:
Breakfast
A final breakfast together in a relaxed and supportive environment.
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM:
Special Closing Circle with Aimee & Josephine
After breakfast, we will come together for a closing circle. This is a time for reflection, sharing insights, and expressing gratitude for the weekend's experiences. Each person will have the opportunity to share their personal reflections, what they've learned, and how they plan to integrate the wisdom and energy from the retreat into their lives moving forward.

Departure
Guests depart feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with a renewed sense of clarity.

Free Time: Each day includes free time for participants to rest, reflect, and recharge. Optional activities like nature walks, journaling, or self-care sessions (such as massage or energy work) are available during these periods.
Weather Adjustments: If needed, the lake outing can be adjusted to a more flexible time frame depending on weather conditions. The pontoon boat ride is designed to be relaxed and adaptable.
