Cancellations More Than 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you must contact your provider directly to request a refund. The decision to issue a refund or a credit for a future offering is at the provider's sole discretion.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.
