I am really excited for this class; if there was a roadmap for how I got to where I am today, this would be it. Joyful Sovereignty is a 6-class program for the intuitive individual looking for the courage to take “the leap” to the next stage of their soul journey…

This program is for the souls who know they have outgrown their current life and are standing, metaphorical machete in hand, ready to hack out their authentic path to freedom. The only thing holding you back…YOU. The lifetime of performing, people pleasing, and programming has left you reeling to remember who YOU are.

This transformative program will involve discussion, somatic movement, energy work, & journaling. Providing you with the practices, rituals, and boundaries needed to THRIVE.
