Over these 5 classes participants will learn about the history and origins of Reiki, its applications for use, practice Reiki meditation techniques, become attuned to all levels of Usui reiki, gain hands on Reiki practice, and learn how to attune others! What is Reiki?

Reiki is both a healing modality and a form of energy. Reiki is the energetic frequency of Unconditional Love, and energy doesn’t vibrate any higher than that! During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels Reiki energy through their hands at frequencies that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Reiki clients report feelings of contentment, relaxation, decreased levels of stress, fear, and anxiety, and in some cases elimination or reduction of physical illnesses.

Participants should bring a journal, water, and something to write with.
