I have been dreaming about creating The Aligned Collective since I started my 200hr yoga teacher training back in 2016. I didn’t know the details back then, I just had a longing to create a space that felt like home, encouraged people to thrive, and bring prosperity to their lives.
I bring the frequency of vitality and transformation to The Aligned Collective and my private clients. I created a multidimensional healing system designed to activate a client’s vitality, awaken their soul codes, and restore them to joyful sovereignty. It combines intuitive weaving of energy, sacral-heart activation, quantum recalibration, and deep intuitive reflection that reorients the client’s identity to the truth of their divinity.
I transmit the frequency of vitality—a magnetic, heart-sourced pulse that realigns the body with its original joy blueprint. I activate dormant energies in the sacral and heart centers to restore wholeness and spiritual enthusiasm, and guide clients to rewire their internal narrative using spoken truth, affirmation, and conscious language. Sessions with me include mentorship conversations, nervous system support, and sovereignty rituals.
My presence alone is catalytic—I don’t just guide transformation; I become the frequency of it.

This beautiful, fun, and igniting 1:1 session is for souls looking to live in deeper alignment with their vitality. Each session is guided by your Higher Self and spiritual team to align your frequency with your inner Genius, highest good, and ignite your creativity and joy!
We begin in a state of deep presence and allow our intuitive wisdom to guide us from there! Each session includes: releasing outdated soul programs, activating heart coherence, Reiki relaxation, and a tarot reading for growth.
Vitality Flow
In this 1-hour yoga, somatic movement & meditation practice, we will promote VITALITY by honoring the rhythmic cycles of our bodies in harmony with the current energetic stage of the lunar cycle. Yoga is a beautiful and appropriate practice for any part of the lunar cycle, and bringing awareness to the natural energies within and around us will only enhance your practice.
Come with an open heart and mind; class may include jumping, dancing, chanting, breath retention, and spontaneous joy!
Intuitive Reiki
Each Reiki session with Josephine is intuitively guided to serve your highest good; using a unique combination of Yoga Nidra Meditation, Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Vitality encoding, you will leave this session with a profound feeling of clarity, peace, and love.
