Hi, I’m Heidi!

I have been walking the healer’s path since 2009. Through my travels in Texas, Arkansas, and Colorado, I studied and practiced a variety of healing modalities that continue to inform my work today. After moving to Rochester in 2021, I stepped into motherhood — a role that has become my greatest teacher, mirror, and reward in this lifetime.

I am a Reiki Master and intuitive healer, deeply devoted to supporting others in remembering their innate ability to heal themselves. My work blends energy medicine, shamanic practices, plant and crystal allies, and intuitive guidance to create a gentle yet transformative healing experience.

I feel a profound sense of connection and love within the Rochester community and at The Aligned Collective. It is an honor to offer my services here. My intention is to hold a safe, grounded space where you can soften, release what no longer serves you, and awaken the wisdom already living within your body and spirit.

Services:

Chakra Bloom Healing

A deeply nurturing session where we move through each chakra to release stored trauma, stagnant energy, and old patterns. Guided meditation, Reiki energy, and crystal healing are used to restore balance and encourage energetic flow throughout the body.

Sacred Threads Alchemy

This session combines cord-cutting ceremonies with forgiveness practices to gently dissolve energetic attachments that have become stagnant, heavy, or toxic. Together, we illuminate the cords ready for release and offer compassion and forgiveness so you may walk your path with greater freedom, sovereignty, and clarity.

Harmonic Awakening

Rooted in shamanic tradition, this experience gently guides you back to your authentic Self through sound and plant medicine. Drums, rattles, chimes, singing bowls, and sacred plant brushing are used to clear energetic residue from daily life. We connect with the Spirit of Plants and Flowers to help call you Home.

Reiki Restoration

As a Reiki Master, I channel universal life force energy to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment. Reiki flows where it is most needed, helping to clear blockages, soothe emotional stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. This service is ideal for those seeking gentle yet powerful healing, stress relief, or ongoing energetic maintenance.

Intuitive Oracle Card Readings

Using a blend of oracle decks, we explore the energies surrounding your life to reveal what is seeking attention, healing, or expansion. Multiple decks may be used to gather layered guidance depending on the intentions we set together.
