Heart & Soul Retreats invites you to experience the majesty, peace, and transformation of Mt.Shasta with the Deep Inner Peace retreat led by Dayna Fauth & Josephine Babiarz-Bertucci.

The Winnemem Wintu tribes’ ancestral home of Mt. Shasta is considered to be a sacred and spiritual place; many visitors have reported their experience of spiritual downloads, awakenings, and an overall feeling of deep inner peace.

Dayna and Josephine journeyed to Mt. Shasta together March 2026 and experienced a profound sense of returning to ourselves—a return to wholeness. We invite you to join us April 2027 and experience the deep inner peace for yourself!

A deposit of $200 is due at registration. (Deposit refundable until August 1st. All deposits are nonrefundable after 8/1/26)

Polka Dot Begonia in Gray Terra Cotta

Polka Dot Begonia’s are easy care plants overall. They like low to medium light, the green is darker and more rich in lower light settings. They like a fair amount of water, drying out about once a week and also tolerant if you forget to water.

Very easy to propagate; cut below a leaf, place in water and pot into soil once roots begin to form.
