Hi, I’m Heidi!

I stumbled onto the path of the wounded healer about 15 years ago.  Throughout my travels in Texas, Arkansas and Colorado I learned many different healing modalities that I use today.  I moved to Rochester 4 years ago and became a mother shortly after.  Motherhood has been my biggest reward in this life. I am excited to strengthen my role as a healer within this community here in Rochester.  I’ve felt a profound sense of connection and love here at The Aligned Collective and I feel honored to offer my services through this community.  It is my goal to help guide you to heal yourself by awakening your inner innate.

Services:

Chakra Bloom Healing

We will walk through each chakra, releasing old blockages and trauma stored in these energy centers.  I use guided meditation asking you to focus on the colors that correspond with each chakra. I also use crystal healing to help us deepen the experience.

Sacred Threads Alchemy

This combines cord cutting ceremonies with forgiveness practices to help remove the attachments made that may have become stagnant or toxic. We will illuminate the cords that need to be cut and gently forgive any situations or people involved so you may walk your path with freedom and independence.

Harmonic Awakening

Rooted in Shamanic Tradition, I will gently guide you back to your authentic Self using drums, rattles, chimes, singing bowls and sacred plant brushing.  I use native plants to brush away all of the stuff we hold onto in our daily life.  We will connect with the spirit of the plants and flowers to help call you Home. 

Intuitive Oracle Card Readings

Using different oracle card decks, we will dive into the unknown to reveal what needs attention in your life.  We may use 2-3 decks at a time to gather guidance from several sources depending on the nature of the intentions set.
