Remade Through Grief is a four-week creative workshop offering for those who are looking to process grief. Participants will utilize an object connected to a loved one, something, or a chapter of life they are mourning the loss of. With the support of a brief practice with a plant ally and through a gentle process of reflection and creative transformation, participants will reimagine their chosen object in a way that honors what was while making space for what comes next.
Together, we’ll explore memory, meaning, relationship, change, and the ways grief weaves itself into the fabric of our living, evolving life story. You do not need to consider yourself an artist—this is about expression, connection, and meaning-making rather than artistic skill.
Over four weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to transform your object into something that reflects both the relationship you want to continue carrying and the future you want to create.
