SOMA Spark Mini Flows are 30-minute, intelligently layered practices designed to meet you where you are and gently move you forward. Rooted in vinyasa, each flow weaves together Energy Medicine Yoga techniques, Kundalini-inspired movement, and somatic awareness to support real-time shifts in your body and nervous system. These classes invite you to listen inward, refine what feels off, and build steady, supportive patterns that actually last. With clear, grounded guidance, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, releasing the need to perform or keep up, while creating space to feel, process, and move energy in a way that feels safe and sustainable.What You’ll Learn
In this 3-class mini series, we’ll focus on the liver and gallbladder through the lens of Five Element Theory, which supports the body’s natural processes of detoxification, decision-making, and forward movement.
Together, we’ll work with gentle twists, side body opening, breathwork, and targeted energy practices to help clear stagnation often held as frustration or irritability, creating more space for clarity, ease, and aligned action.
