In this 4-week series, we’ll explore the foundations of Somatic Energy Medicine Yoga—a practice that blends gentle movement, acupressure, meridian tracing, and body awareness, held in the framework of a traditional vinyasa flow.

Rather than pushing or striving, this class invites you to listen to your body’s signals and discover what truly works for you and will help you reconnect with the intelligence of your own energy system.

Each week we’ll explore simple practices you can return to again and again. These tools help you shift stress, restore your energy, and feel more steady in your body, even in the midst of everyday life.

What You’ll Learn

Week 1 – Your Everyday Energy Flow

We’ll begin by learning a foundational flow that incorporates the 5-Minute Daily Energy Routine, meridian tracing, and acupressure holds woven into yoga asana and somatic movement. These practices become a simple daily reset you can return to whenever your energy feels off.

Week 2 – Calming the Stress Response

Explore the Triple Warmer meridian, the body’s energetic stress responder. You’ll learn ways to calm and sedate this pathway, release accumulated tension, and soothe the nervous system through supportive somatic movements.

Week 3 – Radiant Circuits: Accessing Joyful Energy

Discover the body’s Radiant Circuits—energy pathways connected to joy, vitality, connection, and creativity. These practices help awaken the kind of energy that naturally lifts and nourishes the whole system.

Week 4 – The Biofield

In our final week, we’ll explore the body’s biofield—the energetic space surrounding and supporting you. You’ll learn simple practices to strengthen your energetic boundaries, restore balance, and feel more resourced in your everyday interactions.

Each session includes guided movement, hands-on energy techniques, and space to slow down and notice what your body is communicating.
