This will be held the 3rd Thursday of each month.
Tea Time is set with the intentions to offer a casual meet and greet at our wonderful community table at The Aligned Collective! We start each Tea Time with pulling a card from an oracle deck, then pour our tea and open conversation to current topics within the community. Heidi provides a new tea and fresh baked dessert each month! Come with an open heart and an empty tea cup.

Community Acupuncture
What is Community Acupuncture?
Community Acupuncture is a model of care designed to make acupuncture accessible, affordable, and deeply rooted in collective healing. Unlike private sessions, treatments occur in a tranquil, shared space where participants rest comfortably on yoga mats with bolsters and blankets or in chairs, fostering a sense of community and shared intention. This model removes financial and clinical barriers, allowing healing to unfold both individually and as a group.
About This Offering
Held on the first Sunday of each month (usually). This is a gentle, focused session utilizing the NADA protocol—a simple, powerful ear acupuncture (or acupressure) system developed for community trauma, stress, and addiction recovery. For those preferring not to receive needles, ear seeds are available.
After a brief check-in, you’ll receive your chosen protocol (NADA needles or ear seeds), then settle into restful silence for 30–45 minutes. Music, subtle grounding scents, and a held container of care support the collective calm.
