Hi I’m Marisa!
I’m a 200hr yoga teacher, I have loved yoga and practiced for many years. I have dealt with chronic illnesses and also work in mental health. I have found yoga to be helpful and healing physically and mentally through learning the history, meditations, connecting with my inner self and the world around me, and the use of modifications and props for asanas. I use these along with slow intentional poses and breath work in my teachings to accommodate all skill levels.
