Day 1: Release & Transmute
As we integrate, we take time to reflect on and bring awareness to our relationships. We choose to transmute outdated programs, beliefs, and behaviors into compassionate and trusting relationships.
Day 2: Compassion & Forgiveness
With rest, time to ourselves, and slow nourishing movement, we offer ourselves the compassion and forgiveness we deserve.
Day 3: Remember & Celebrate
With the support of our sisters we remember and embrace our authentic self and celebrate all we are with art, movement, community, and praise.
Day 4: Proclaim & Manifest
We visualize, feel, proclaim and give thanks for who we choose to be now.

What do you need to know?

A 4-day nourishing retreat where you will receive restoration through yoga, meditation, Reiki, and relaxing time at the beach. Connect with yourself and other goddesses at the sunset drum circle, manifestation fire, and pool time. Experience deep transformation through intuitive art, daily meditation and journaling, ecstatic movement, and sistership circles.
Breakfast, dinner, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks provided (allergies accommodated). Supplies for activities are included, including yoga mats and journals. Transportation to the beach and other activities provided; walk, bike, paddle, or ride!

$80/night for memory foam twin bed in shared quarters (4 spots available)
$150/night for single room with Queen Bed (only 1 available, or 2 friends could room together)

2. Home2Suites Hotel by Hilton in Nokomis, Florida (1 mi away, 15 min walk or 5 min car ride from retreat) $225+/night

Affordable airfare is available through Allegiant for $125+ and American Airlines for $250+ (these prices may increase overtime so book your airfare soon).
The closest airports are Sarasota (SRQ) and Punta Gorda (PGD). Below are recommended flights based on the start and end time of the retreat which will run Mon Feb 9th 6pm - Thur Feb 12th 9am (with additional time padded pre/post for arriving and departing).

It is a 30 min ride from Sarasota and Punta Gorda Airports to the retreat location in Nokomis. Please make arrangements for your transportation to the retreat location at 521 Pameto Rd, Nokomis, Florida.
