Hi! I’m Laura Kline-Taylor Roethel,
PCC, MA.
Professional coach, mother, educator, and curator of Whole Life Studio.
I am co-creator and partner to you on your path to design and uncover the next season of life and work.
The one-on-one coaching partnership intends velocity and power for you toward your pursuit of the life you want, and holds you accountable to your desired outcomes.
The team coaching dynamic curates a space for a thriving team culture and allows for sustainable growth, consistent action and connectivity, and expansive leadership.
No matter the kind of creator you are…
Each studio is designed to support your full range. Think of it as a studio for integration: a place where your skills, identities, and ways of working come into alignment, allowing you to lead fully rather than in pieces.
There is value in having the time and space to practice. To slow things down, track your body’s patterns, and cultivate inner alignment through reflection and repetition.
What would you build with the space to fine-tune your impact? To listen to how you’re received, refine how you communicate, and align intentions with effect across difference?
Whole Leader
Studio
a leadership and development ecosystem, designed to support women in leading full, impactful lives through the integration of leadership, identity, and relationships — without fragmentation.
home to a focused set of studios that support women in developing leadership from the inside out. Each studio works at a distinct layer of the human system — inner life, relationships, cultural context, and life transitions — while remaining grounded in the same integrative approach.
Read on to find the studio setting that hosts what you’re ready to work on now.
Perhaps your studio prioritizes your relationships - where teams, families, or partnerships learn how to move together with rhythm, clarity, and trust.
Or is your studio a place to engage transformation - to work with evolving identity, capacity, and leadership as a creative, developmental process?
Working each of these is critical to nourishing a whole and healthy leader system.
The Studios
Focused on inner systems and self-leadership, this studio supports women in building the internal coherence needed to lead sustainably.
Like a dance studio, it’s a space where growth happens through repetition and practice, with the body as an essential guide. Through awareness, pattern recognition, and continual refinement, you return again and again—learning to move in greater alignment with yourself. Here, leadership is not just something you think about, but something you embody.
Embodied Leader
Leaders on the path to uncovering and refining how they land across difference, strengthening their effectiveness in diverse environments.
Like a recording studio, it’s a space for tuning what already exists—where clarity replaces assumption and intention is brought into closer alignment with impact. Through careful listening and refinement, you develop the awareness and range to communicate and lead with precision. Here, you learn how you’re being heard—and adjust accordingly.
Aligned Impact
This studio develops the skills needed to build healthy teams, families, and cultures through clear communication and shared norms.
Like an ensemble studio, it’s a space where something collective takes shape—where timing, roles, and relationships all matter. Through practice and coordination, you learn how to move together with greater clarity, rhythm, and intention. The result is a more connected, functional, and sustainable way of working together—one that others can feel.
Relational Intelligence
This studio approaches motherhood as a developmental passage—one that expands capacity, identity, and leadership rather than diminishing it.
Like an art studio, it’s a space where something is being made—iteratively and intentionally. Here, you engage life transitions as a creative process, shaping who you are becoming over time without rushing the outcome. Instead of fixing what feels uncertain, you learn to work with it—developing greater range, clarity, and authorship in your life and leadership.
Expansive Motherhood
“After having my second child, navigating a career change and a move, I was looking for support to not just "get through it" but come out stronger and more aligned.
Laura is super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I loved that it wasn't a one size fits all and the sessions catered to what I requested.
She has the ability to look at things holistically; career, motherhood, relationships, and then focus on specific areas that need more attention.”

Meet the Studio Curator
“Laura streamlined about 3 months of my own work in a one hour collaborative session with her. I came to her confused and curious, questioning my goals.
Laura asked the right questions with a very powerful, but gentle energy, and is so easy to work with.
I now have goals and have found my path to follow through on them because we were able to openly discuss things that I thought would take me longer to achieve.”

FAQs
Is this business coaching or life coaching?
1
Both — and neither. Leadership is not compartmentalized here. We work at the level of the whole person so that what shifts internally changes how you lead externally.
No. While my work is depth-oriented and emotionally intelligent, it is coaching and leadership development. We focus on awareness, choice, and forward movement.
2
Is this therapy?
What if I can’t choose which studio fits me?
3
That’s part of the work. Often the right studio becomes clear through conversation. You don’t need certainty to begin.
What makes this different from other coaching containers?
4
We work from the inside out. We include the body. We include relationships. We include cultural context. We include life transitions. You are not optimized in pieces here.
You are developed as a whole leader.
Do I have to be a mother?
5
Not at all. Motherhood is a biological role, a position we assume, and an archetype. Some studios focus on motherhood as a developmental passage. Others focus on self-leadership, relational systems, or cultural impact. You enter the studio that fits your season your way.
Studio Notes
-
No formulas. No pre-scripted curriculum. We work with what is alive and relevant in your leadership and life.
-
This isn’t a program you complete. It’s a developmental space you enter.
-
Weekly. Bi-weekly. Monthly. Intensives. We design the rhythm together.
-
Some seasons require depth. Others require elevation, or integration. You’re never locked in.
-
Work with me from anywhere, or in person when available.
-
Leadership development isn’t linear. You stay as long as the work is meaningful.
-
If you’re in transition, headed somewhere, open to unfolding, that’s enough.
