I believe we are all creative, complex, ever-changing beings—and that there are many paths toward healing, growth, and a deeper sense of connection.

My work is rooted in creating spaces where you can slow down, listen inward, reconnect with yourself, and explore the stories, experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped who you are. I am excited to begin offering group workshops where I can work alongside others to move through seasons of grief, transition, disconnection, self-doubt, or change—and feel into the possibilities of being that have seemed to only be fantasy before.

I see healing as something that happens through community and relating , as well as through curiosity, creativity, the body, imagination, ritual, and connection to something larger than ourselves. I aim to create an environment where others can connect with their playful abandon and allow what has been quietly asking for our attention to emerge.

At the heart of my work is a belief that the circumstances of our lives are not problems to be fixed. There is wisdom within our experiences, even when that wisdom may be difficult to access. Together, we can make room for the many parts of each individuals’ tapestry of stories, honor what has been lived through, and explore the life that is still emerging before us.

I bring not only a lifetime of exploration of my own experiences, but 20 years and counting of professional exploration of expressive therapy, plant medicine, energy work and philosophical exploration. Most importantly I bring a curious mind open to all the ways I get to learn while in relationship with others.

Remade Through Grief: Honor What Was, Create What Comes Next
$0.00

Remade Through Grief is a four-week creative workshop offering for those who are looking to process grief. Participants will utilize an object connected to a loved one, something, or a chapter of life they are mourning the loss of. With the support of a brief practice with a plant ally and through a gentle process of reflection and creative transformation, participants will reimagine their chosen object in a way that honors what was while making space for what comes next.

Together, we’ll explore memory, meaning, relationship, change, and the ways grief weaves itself into the fabric of our living, evolving life story. You do not need to consider yourself an artist—this is about expression, connection, and meaning-making rather than artistic skill.

Over four weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to transform your object into something that reflects both the relationship you want to continue carrying and the future you want to create.
