Mario will lead you through a guided meditation to ground your energy, open your seven major Earthly Chakras and take you on a journey to discover your heart's desire while offering the healing love of Reiki.

Yoga mats, yoga blocks, bolsters and blankets are provided. Please feel free to bring a journal, your own mat/blanket and anything else to make yourself comfy and cozy during this experience.
