Our programs theme for the fall season is release; collapsing the pedastals.
Together we will support each others sovereignty by visualizing and sensing the energy in all of our relationships and releasing what no longer serves. Let’s release false beliefs and illusions and reveal the truth!
Here’s what to expect at each experience:
Fall Sacred Soul Circle - Friday, 9/25 6:30 - 9pm
An opportunity to gather together and set seasonal intentions, clear stagnant energy, gain clarity, and connect with self through communal energy, ritual, and personal reflection. Each circle follows the below structure:
+ Cacao Ritual or Tea Ceremony to call in Gratitude, Abundance, and Community
+ Guided Meditation with Reiki
+ Intuitive Movement
+ Intention Setting & Journaling
+ Fire Ceremony for Manifestation
+ Group song
Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in, and bring a journal. Yoga mats and light snacks will be provided!
Fall Virtual Check-in for Energetic Alignment - Sunday, October 18th 11-12pm
This is an opportunity for alignment. We’ll discuss the seasonal energy and how it may be affecting our intentions. Participants may choose to share their triumphs and setbacks, or bring self-awareness through introspective journaling and inquiry. Sessions include:
~ Distance Reiki
~ Energetic clearing
~ Activations
~ Meditation
~ Breathwork
~Somatic Movement
~Journaling
Fall Mini Retreat - Saturday, November 21st 4-9pm
An opportunity to celebrate your beauty and growth this season! Here we hold space for each other to drop our masks and celebrate our authentic selves with love and grace. This celebration will include the following luxuries:
* Gratitude Circle & Tea Ceremony
* Individual Infrared Sauna Session
* Take home craft project & supplies
* Intuitive Movement
* Meditation with Reiki
* Energetic clearing
* Manifestation fire
* Full afternoon tea

All in person gatherings occur at The Aligned Collective, 1441 South Avenue, Rochester, NY. Participants will receive email reminders for each experience, including google meet invites within 48 hours of registration.
