Included in the workshop, we'll learn the Antar Naad mantra together - the mantra of the essential sound. It is said to open the chakras for any other meditations and practices to be most effective. At the time of the full moon, I have found it to be a celebration of harvest and what’s to come. Cycles within cycles. There is no need to believe you can sing. Chanting is not performative; it is about the sensations and subtle energies of creating sound, and of creating sound together.
You will enjoy a beautifully supported savasana with sound instruments accompanying your restful integration.
