Join us to explore the practice of mindfulness meditation. This class is for beginners and those seeking to refresh their basic mindfulness meditation practice. Instructions are given via guided teaching and practice. There will be time for Q&A and experimenting with finding a posture that’s the right fit for you.

After attending, you will have the tools you need to cultivate a daily practice at home.
