Meditate Where You Are - (Online Practice Session)

Join us for 10 minutes of community connection followed by a 20-minute silent meditation session. Come for all or just part of it. Pausing the momentum of our everyday lives allows us to rest deeply and restore our connection to our basic goodness which was there all along. Pressing pause and allowing our minds and bodies to settle into the present moment in the company of others, even for a few minutes, is a collective practice of bravery, gentleness, and letting go.
