Relax as I take you on a journey with flute, singing bowls and chimes.  My flute is tuned to 432Hz connecting you to the frequency of Mother Earth, in the key of A assisting you to open your Third Eye Chakra. I play singing bowls and chimes to help guide you into deep meditation.

Let your worries float away on the waves of sound.  Feel the frequencies deep within your body as they break up old energy and set you free to live life in the flowing moment.
