As your brain waves shift into restorative states and you deepen into this embodied listening you may experience different types of consciousness, and different types of healing - emotional, physical, mental and spiritual - on your sound bath journey.

The integration of a Guided Meditation Journey and Reiki offered during the bath create opportunities for deeper healing and to emerge fully rejuvenated ready for spring… experience oodles of spaciousness for joy, clarity, possibility and refreshment!
