Moon-Atha - Hatha Yoga & Attunement (4-Week Series)(Suzie)

Join Hatha Yoga Class with a special focus on journeying with the Moon Phases for this 4-week series!

Put simply, humans show up differently each and every day. Practicing yoga movement, breath work and meditation with the intention of connecting to the energies of each phase of the moon and its corresponding feminine archetype powerfully connects us to deep listening, surrender, inspiration and intuition so we can offer ourselves and others compassion in every phase.

Week 1 (May 19): Waning Moon / The Enchantress

Week 2 (May 26): New Moon / The Wise Woman

Week 3 (June 2): Waxing Moon / The Maiden

Week 4 (June 9): Full Moon / The Nurturer

Suzie teaches through a trauma-informed lens, which can help you slow down, focus on the present and recognize what's going on in your body. Combining movement and breath can help rebuild mind/body connections.
