Precise acupuncture meets immersive sound bath. Release blockages, calm your nervous system, and restore energetic flow. Melody targets key points while Zach’s crystal bowls & gongs wash over you. Deeply restorative.

Class starts at 4 pm. Meet at the front of The Aligned Collective at 4 pm, look for the check-in sign, and one of our volunteers will lead you to class!
