Join Sarah Farash during this weekly, ongoing practice of pausing, connecting with the felt senses, and simply being present - resting in the space of spontaneous energy and vividness.

Sarah begins each session with a 10-15 minute talk to set the ground for the practice period. Next, Sarah leads an intuitive set of prompts to mirror pausing, connecting, and being - synchronized in body and mind, feeling fully the interconnectedness and vividness of the moment.

This class is an example of a ritual that Sarah formalized for herself as a way to meet moments of disconnection with intention, gentleness, and natural vitality.

Through collective reconnection, may we cultivate grounded, gentle presence and bravery to feel the fullness of the human experience, even amidst the most challenging and chaotic moments.
