This hybrid class is for beginners and those seeking to refresh their basic mindfulness meditation practice. Pausing the momentum of our daily life allows us to settle into inherent healthiness. Using our natural breath and our bodies as an anchor, we practice seeing ourselves as we are - unfiltered, raw, and present with care and inquisitiveness. Developing these qualities while sitting in meditation, we cultivate natural presence, care, and inquisitiveness that carries through into our everyday, activity-filled lives.
